The Falkonian Grenade Launcher is a grenade launcher that was introduced in the Version 1.28 update. It is manufactured by the Falkonians and fires three grenades per shot. The grenades, unlike those from the Grenade Launcher CS-SpamThemBaby, are small, more spherical, and grey and orange. They also blink orange. The weapon itself more resembles a shotgun than a grenade launcher; it has a large, protruding barrel with a forward grip, a massive trigger guard, and a pistol grip. The stock is semi-futuristic, but basic. As to be expected, the weapon is predominantly red, with some gray and blue highlights.

Compared to the CS-SpamThemBaby, this weapon has a much lower rate of fire. The grenades travel at the same speed as the STB's grenades, and unlike the STB's grenades, stick to surfaces. However, they fan out much more severely and the timer on their explosion is also much higher than normal grenades. Despite this, the grenades are great for area control, due to their ability to stick onto walls and explode on contact with enemies. It should also be noted that the weapon is actually affected by upgrade levels, unlike the other Falkonian weapons. A fully upgraded FGL can deal a surprisingly severe amount of damage to opponents if one rams it into their face before firing it, thus making it a notoriously dangerous burst-damage weapon. However, the shooter will be caught in the splash as well, making this a very "All-or-nothing" tactic that can be punished very easily.

Trivia[]

  • This weapon was created by Roxxar. It was originally intended to be a shotgun (hence the design of the weapon, and the ID of the weapon being "roxxar_shotgun". However, it was changed at the last minute, and became a grenade launcher.
  • It has the same firing sound as the Shotgun C-01s.
  • Prior to Version 1.32, this weapon fired black and white grenades that blinked white. These grenades behaved the same as grenades fired from the Grenade Launcher CS-SpamThemBaby, bouncing along surfaces. The older grenades still exist in the projectile list, and by using the "Change Projectile Model" trigger, the weapon can be made to behave as it did before v1.32.
  • This gun's spread can be almost completely negated by firing it while the Time Warp is activated.
