Level 19 is a level in the Plazma Burst 2 Campaign. This is the first level after the series of Usurpation Base levels (14-18). In this level, the Marine enters a Civil Security base through an acid sewage system which has been filled with dead Minor Usurpation Soldiers, Alien Rifles, and Barrels.

Plot

• The beginning of the level.
• Phew.
• That's a problem over here...
• Running to a safer spot.
• Clearing the bottom area to ensure there'd be no sudden attacks.
• Fighting the first Boss.
• Done.
• More fighting...
• Cleaning up area for a safer boss-fight.
• There he is.

After the Marine kills the Civil Security and their vehicles in Level 18, he jumps down to an acid pit full of dead Minor Usurpation Soldiers, barrels, and rifles (possibly a sewage or disposal system). After jumping into the pit of acid, the Marine swims to the right, coming out of the sewage system, and into a Civil Security base, where the Marine comes across an elevator.

The Marine gets on the elevator which quickly brings him up into a Civil Security compound. Once the elevator has reached its destination, both sides open revealing multiple enemies on either side, as well as enemies from above. Bullets will rain down all over the Marine. The Marine is forced to take cover on either side and quickly eliminate the enemies and clear the base.

Civil Security

• Civil Security Lite - There are 2 Lites in this Level and are seen guarding the entrance near the elevator, but are not carrying any weapons, other than PSI Blades.

• Civil Security Heavy - The most common enemy in the Level. There are 10 of these units and are seen carrying Assault Rifles, Rocket Launchers and Lite Railguns.

• Civil Security Boss - The strongest enemies in the whole level, but there are only 2 of them. It is recommended to kill them quickly.
