Level 4 is the fourth level in the Plazma Burst: Forward to the Past campaign. Although more linear than the last, this level starts throwing out more soldiers armed with heavy weapons, and starts throwing Grubs in greater numbers. It also involves making leaps over instant death pits.
Plot[]
After falling into a room surrounded on either side by barrels, the Marine escapes this minor trap, and activates a switch, leading further into the building. Fighting his way through, he soon winds up outside, and has to leap across multiple platforms whilst fighting off the growing Grub population. He eventually finds another building, falling into a shaft and exiting the level.

- This is the only level where the exit is marked with a sign.
- This is the last level where the yellow-visored Human Soldiers appear.
- This is the last level where normal Grubs appear.
- This level contains the highest amount of non-armored Grubs.
